This collection is inspired by the Danish activity park, Superkilen. The purpose of this park is to gather and unite the locals and refugees in that area, and inspire people to move more and workout. From this inspiration, I’ve built a case around my hometown, Askim. Some parts of Askim is quite desolate, so I’ve used this project to build a fictitious park, like Superkilen, with many different activities. I want to use my collection and project to create community and unity through common interests. The collection, which consists of everyday wear, is comfortable and functional, and inspires to more movement in day-to-day life.
